My name is Stella Lyn Gabrielle, but I'm usually called Gabrielle, or 'Gabby'.
I'm a Hematologist at Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital in New Jersey [I'm learned in Hematopathology and Forensic Science also]. I work with House and the team.

Before I applied for the fellowship to be in House's new team, I worked at a hospital in Atlantic City as a morgue attendant, wasn't a very good way of starting out my career. I got bored and quit my job there, and found out an old friend of mine, Greg House, was holding a fellowship. So here I am working for that jerk...

My mother, Aurelie Gabrielle, was born and raised in France, she met my father, Charles Gabrielle, who was an American but born of French parents. They were married and then moved to New York were I was born shortly afterward.

When I was 6 years old, my mother was diagnosed with Brain Cancer, she died when I was 7...My dad died in a car crash when I was 10.
I then was taken into foster care by Arthur and Leilah Lewis, although they loved and cared for me very much as would any other parent, I never accepted to change my last name, for personal reasons. We lived in New Orleans, but I moved to New Jersey.

Alright, just a little about myself. I'm 33, born December 17, 1976. I live in an apartment not far from Princeton Plainsboro, it's not that big, but big enough for me to live in. I went to school at Princeton for my first years at college, then I moved back to New Orleans and studied there for awhile. I also met James Wilson there and was introduced to House.
A few years later I moved to Boston and studied at Harvard and completed my education.

People say that I see the glass half empty...well isn't it? I may be an ass and very cold, but deep down inside I DO have a heart, I just have alternative ways of showing kindness...

I also forgot, I'm a masochist, and I'm willing to admit it anyday. Pain is my game.

I can speak and read French fluently.I love music as well as playing it. I can play piano, guitar, violin, saxophone, and drums. Music is a passion of mine. It took me years of practise and learning to get where I am though. Occasionally I play with House, but that's rare...very rare.
I love Jazz, as a result of living in New Orleans for a few years.

Hard to believe, but I'm Catholic. A bad one at that.
Sometimes people think I'm bisexual...
I'm currently in a relationship with Lawrence Kutner.

Gabrielle, Gabrielle! Did you get your invite to House's party? There's gonna be beer! And everyone's invited! That's awful nice of him but...I wonder what's the real reason why he's hosting a party. Oh, and one more thing, don't tell Cuddy that it's going to be held at her place. -grins- I heard from a specific..er, fangirl, that Cuddy'll come home roaring drunk.
